• No Refunds: Once the paid notes are provided, refunds will not be granted under any circumstances.
• Exchange Policy: Exchanges are only granted if we provide you with the wrong product, such as notes for a different subject than requested.
• How to Request Exchange: Contact us immediately via Telegram or email with your order details if you receive incorrect notes.
• Free Content: Free notes and previous year questions (PYQs) on the website are not eligible for refund or exchange.
